Albert P. Vasso, 86, of Warminster, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully surrounded by family on November 23rd, 2022. Albert was born to Albert and Anna (Booth) Vasso, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on October 02, 1936. He grew up in the Swampoodle section of Philadelphia and was one of three children.

Albert wed his high school sweetheart, Mary Jane, on February 7th, 1959. The pair bought their first home in the greater far northeast section of Philadelphia, where they raised their 5 children. Albert was a retired Philadelphia Police officer and an IRS security manager. He spent his summers at the campground in Cape May, NJ, where he often brought his grandchildren. He was well loved by all who knew him.

Albert is survived by his children, Albert T. Vasso (Joyce), Christopher F. Vasso (Lori), Margie Papaharisiou, MJ Vasso, and Anna Doran (Bob). He will be greatly missed by his 14 grandchildren and his 6 great-grandchildren, who called him Pop Pop.

Friends and family are invited to gather for a memorial visitation on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 11am-12pm at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 W. County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. A memorial service will begin at the funeral home at 12pm.
