Alex
Langlotz
Aug 18, 1995 — Oct 19, 2026
Alex Langlotz, 31, of Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania, passed away on October 19, 2026. He was born on August 18, 1995, in Sigmaringen, Germany, to his parents, Margo and Jens Langlotz.
Alex was a unique soul with a creative spirit, a deep appreciation for nature, and a way of seeing the world that was distinctly his own. He found joy in the simple and extraordinary things in life, from the beauty of clouds and the freedom of the beach to the energy of volleyball and the companionship of good and animals.
A creative at heart, Alex enjoyed working with his hands and bringing ideas to life through stained glass, music, and woodworking. He had an appreciation for the unusual and the beautiful, and his interests reflected a curious mind and an independent spirit. Whether spending time outdoors, connecting with animals, or exploring the things that captured his imagination, Alex moved through life in his own way.
Alex was a beloved son, brother, family member, and friend. He is survived by his parents, Margo and Jens Langlotz; his twin brother, Larson; his older brother, Felix; and his sister, Lydia. He will also be remembered by his extended family, including Roy, Allen, and Gillian Bedford, Andrea and Achim Langlotz, and his cousins Amara, Michelle, Jonas, and Nadja.
Alex’s life touched the lives of friends who shared in his journey, including Mikie Richards, Nick and Veronica Bryant, Sam Cooper, Hunter, and many others who will hold their memories of him close.
Alex’s life held its own complexities, joys, and challenges. As those who loved him remember him, may they make room for all that he was: his humor, his creativity, his tenderness, his individuality, and the moments of connection that made him who he was.
Though his time here was far too short, Alex leaves behind a lasting imprint in the hearts of his family and friends. May he now be free from the struggles and pain he carried, resting in peace and held in love.
Alex, you are loved, you are remembered, and you will always be a part of us.
