Obituary of Alfred Bucci

Bucci, Alfre J. , age 83, of Collegeville (formerly Norristown), died Sunday, April 27, 2008 at Mercy Suburban Hospital. He was the beloved father of Ernest J. Bucci (Thelma). Fred is also survived by his lifemate Barbara Stroup and her three children; 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; a sister, Theresa Genoba; a half sister, Yolanda Fries and a half brother, Ernie Bucci. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Edith Bucci (nee Florentino) and a daughter, Rosemarie Warner. Fred enjoyed bowling, feeding his birds, gardening and until recentlydriving. He also had a love of woodworking and baseball, especially the Yankees. Fred served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and was stationed in the United States.
