Arthur David (Dave) Friebel, age 73, a long-time resident of Jenkintown, PA passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022. He was born on December 26, 1948, a son of the late Carl H. and Evelyn Daenz Friebel. He is survived by one brother, Dr. Carl Friebel, Jr. and wife Rita of Swansboro, NC. He is also survived by two nephews, Ryan and Ross, who referred to him affectionately as "Uncle Dave."

David was a graduate of Cheltenham High School and Hussian School of Art, Philadelphia, PA with a major in design. He also studied at the Boston Museum of Arts, Boston, MA with a concentration in design and structure.

David established himself in Center City Philadelphia with the development of Friebel Studios. His studio was known for its distinct style and originality. Throughout the years his creative studio established itself with the major advertising agencies and corporations in Philadelphia and New York.

David has always been noted for his ability in blending strong design factors with an artistic perspective while utilizing space and shape to achieve and overall balance in creating his distinct style.

A private family graveside will be held at an appropriate time in the near future.
