Obituary of Barbara Gibilisco

BARBARA A. GIBILISCO, 72, died Friday, July 24, 2015, surrounded by her loved ones.

Barbara was born in Philadelphia, PA, and resided there with her mother, Marie, for most of her life.



She earned a BA in Science from Neumann College in 1996 and taught GED to the residents of The Inglis House for many years until her retirement in 2008.



Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Gibilisco and Salvatore Gibilisco Jr., by her father, Salvatore Gibilisco and Mother, Marie Gibilisco.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Kenneth Gibilisco and his wife Carol, nephews Dante Gibilisco and Dwayne Acevedo, Tory Gibilisco and his wife Janice, niece Tara Benninger and her husband Chris Benninger, a great niece and 2 great nephews Kaitlyn Benninger, Chase Gibilisco & Daniel Acevedo, cousins Jack Jones, and his wife, Carolann Jones, an uncle, Thomas O'Brien, and an aunt, Roseann.

Services are being held Tuesday, July 28th at Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, Feasterville, PA.

Viewing hours are from 11am-12pm. Services are 12-1pm with entombment directly after at the Sunset Memorial Park in the Gibilisco family crypt.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
