Elizabeth (Betsy) Boorse passed away peacefully on Thursday November 10, 2022 , at the age of 9 3 . She was preceded in death by h er husband Alvin . She is survived by h er 3 daughters , Christine Snyder, Linda Shinsky , and Margaret (Peg) . Her grandchildren, Keith Snyder, Holly Log a n, Phillip Platt , and Julie Snyder . She also had 8 great grandchildren.

Betsy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved to travel and enjoyed ballroom dancing. She had a long and happy marriage to Alvin for 76 years. She stayed active with her family until her death. She led a life well lived and will be truly missed by many. A private celebration of life will be held by the immediate family.
