Betty Ann Kaiser, 88, of Holland, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2018.  Born in Philadelphia on August 16, 1930, she was the loving daughter of the late Rose and Sture Blomgren.  She had two dear sisters, Virginia and Dorothy, both deceased.  Betty graduated from Frankford High School in 1949 and worked for the Insurance Company of North America prior to marrying William S. Kaiser (deceased) on April 16, 1955.  She raised her family in Yardley, Pennsylvania before moving to Boston for 13 years, where she met her soul-mate, Emil Lenz.  Upon Emil's death, she moved back to Holland to be near her daughter.

Betty is survived by her three daughters, Kathy Taylor, Karen Baker and Kim Craven; her sons-in-law W. Robert Taylor and Barry Baker; eight grandchildren, Kelly Griendling, Katie Perry, Michael Taylor, Christopher Taylor, Carter Taylor, Morgan Taylor, Samantha Baker and Danielle Craven; eight great-grandchildren; her nieces, Nancy Berlinger, and Kristine Chestnut; and her nephew, Tom MacDonald.

Betty was full of life and laughter.  She was a homemaker who was devoted to her family and loved to play creative games with her children and grandchildren.  A life-long Lutheran, she loved the Lord and going to bible study.  Betty was also an avid solver of crytograms and a fan of trivia.  She advocated for the residents of Twining, where she lived for the past 16 years.  In the words of one of her great-grandchildren, "She was a really nice lady."

A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, October 6 at 11:00 am at Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053.  Friends may call from 10:00 – 11:00 am to pay their respects.

Memorial contributions may be made in Betty's name to the Disabled American Veterans or the American Heart Association.
