Obituary of C. Eugene Hunter

C. Eugene Hunter passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife of 69 years, Jean, by his side at the age of 94. In addition to his wife Jean (nee Greiner) he is survived by several nieces and nephews. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science and pursued a career in designing and selling textile machinery having his own business in Charlotte, NC for thirty plus years. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. He will be especially remembered for his warm friendly smile, love and knowledge of sports cars, and his innate ability to fix things that were broken. Relatives and friends are invited to call fom 10:30 to 11:30 AM on Friday, September 23 at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 (215) 354-0085 where funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
