A proud US Army veteran, he is survived by sisters Maria Swartz and Theresa Swadis, brothers Victor Maturi and Candido Maturi, a nephew Peter Swadis (Margie), niece Maria Swartz, great nephews Ryan and Dylan Swadis plus numerous other relatives and friends.
