Carmine Marano, age 80 of Philadelphia, PA passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, March 28, 2025.

Born in Italy to the late Gerardo and Michaelina (nee: Biancaniello) Marano. Carmine moved to the United States in his early adulthood with his devoted wife. He was a hardworking man, having worked most of his life in manufacturing and later in their own italian restaurant before his retirement.

Carmine was an avid gardener, wine maker and loved making homemade italian delicacies. You could always find him reading his bible or singing hymns.

Son of the late Gerardo and Michaelina (nee: Biancaniello) Marano. Carmine is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Maria (nee: Russo) Marano; his beloved daughters Michelle(William Stermel) & Isabel Marano; as well as his grandchildren Giana, Ava, Luke, Gabriella and Jaime and extended family & friends to share fond memories.

Carmine will be laid to rest privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carmine's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
