Carolyn R. Staples, 70 , of Carlise, Pa passed away May 22, 2017. She was born June 14, 1946 in West Virginia to Edgar & Nellie Dove. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother & mom- mom. She worked over 40 years in the insurance industry and loved to travel, read and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother, Nellie Dove and daughters, Heather Zoltak (husband, Brandon) and Jennifer Cervenka (husband, Joseph) as well as her 4 grandchildren: Mason, Cailin, Jocelynn and Joseph IV. She will be greatly missed by her 3 sisters, 4 brothers and all her nices and nephews.
