Constance (Connie) Sarah Worden, age 69, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, in her Southampton home.

Connie is survived by her son, Shawn Ladner, Daughter in-law, Michele Ladner, and her beautiful grandchildren, Jacob, Morgan, and Lukas.

Connie is predeceased by her Grandfather Andrew Hepburn, grandmother, Sadie Hepburn, father, Andrew Mulford Hepburn, and mother, Isabel Hepburn.

After graduating from Lower Moreland High School, Constance earned an associate in science in Nursing, Associate Degree, R.N. from Miami-Dade Community College.

She touched many lives, after retiring she found the most joy in nature; she was an animal lover, loved watching her grandchildren grow and spending time with her family.

Friends and family are invited to a small Graveside Service.  Please meet at 12:45 at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home 333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA  19006 in the parking lot under the portico before we escort Constance to her final resting place.
