Donna is survived by her spouse, Rachel, and son, Matthew. The daughter of Janice Sweet, she is also survived by her siblings, Joan Aponte (Fred), Joseph (Jody), Gene (Teresa), Robert (Katie) and Leo Vega (Millie) and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations made in Donna's name to the Fox Chase Cancer Center 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111 would be appreciated.
