Obituary of Doris Harrington

Doris Myrtle Barclay Harrington, age 94, of Lansdale, Pa. Born on October 9, 1918 and died on June 1, 2013. Doris was the daughter of the late Elmer and Louisa Barclay. She is pre- deceased by her loving husband of 42 years, John W. Harrington ,Sr. She is survived by her sons, John, Jr., and James, daughters - in - law, Janice and Audrey, five grandchildren and their spouses, and sixteen great grandchildren . A beloved Mom to her two sons and their wives, she was lovingly known to all the grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as many of their friends, as Mom Mom. A member of Bethel Hill United Methodist Church in Lansdale, she was a true lover of God and family. A well lived life blessed by family and many friends. Before residing with her son Jim and wife Audrey, Doris enjoyed life at Doc Woods Community in Lansdale. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, June 8, 2013 from 9 to 10 am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd., Feasterville, Pa 19053 ( 215 - 354 - 0085 ). Her funeral service will begin at 10 am. Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville,Pa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethel Hill United Methodist Church , 2000 Bethel Rd., Lansdale, Pa 19446.
