IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dorothy M.
Visco
November 3, 1922 – December 11, 2023
Dorothy "Dottie" Visco, of Warminster PA, passed away peacefully at the age of 101, in her home on
December 11, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.
Dottie is survived by her devoted daughters Phyllis Visco and Vicki Connolly (née Visco), Son-In-Law Bill
Connolly, granddaughters Jess Dworniczak (née Connolly) and Gina Glackin (née Connolly), Grandsons-
In-Law Anthony Dworniczak and Francis Glackin, Grandson Billy Connolly, Brother and sister-in-law
Lloyd and Gerry Beverley, and many wonderful great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is
preceded in death by her late Husband Fred Visco, and her five siblings Francis, George, Charles, Claire
and Elaine.
Her abundant life was a beautiful, rich tapestry of blessings- Days spent at the Winchester Swim Club,
nights spent at her favorite Sons of Italy dinners, her beloved time at Boulevard Lanes, and the many
New Years Days spent with her family cheering on her saxophone-clad husband and the rest of the Ferko
String Band in the New Years Day Mummer's Parade.
A fashionista to the core, Dottie's calls could be confidently forwarded to your local Bloomingdales,
Strawbridges, and Wanamakers. But no matter how exhausting of a shopping shift, she always saved
some energy for her and Fred to hit the dancefloor and jitterbug the night away.
Dottie had an effortless ability to make any room she entered come to life. She brought it with her, and left
a little bit of it behind when she left- the most exuberant parting gift you could ask for. A natural-born party
hostess, there was always an opportunity to experience this warmth firsthand at her many dinners,
barbecues, holidays and "just-because" get-togethers. But nothing in the world made her happier than
soaking up the moments with her family,
just because
.
She was the portrait of a life truly well-lived. She was so deeply loved by all who knew her and will be
greatly missed.
