Edith Marie Menzies Koehler aka Miss Marie, 89, passed away July 12, 2025, in Brooklyn, New York, with her family by her side.

She was born to the late Edwin Menzies and Elna Pagett-Menzies, June 20, 1936, in Belize City.

Edith was predeceased by her beloved son, Gilroy Arnold, and her cherished granddaughter, Vanessa Garcia. She is survived by her children: Odette Luna Jouali, Diana Luna Lugo, Anna Luna Cosme, and Alfredo Luna Jr. Her memory lives on through fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren, each of whom filled her heart with love and happiness.

Edith found great joy in ballroom dancing, bike riding, gardening, playing card games, and traveling to new and familiar places. She took immense pride in her family and leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Monday, July 21st at 10:00AM at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006, with funeral service to follow. Afterward, Edith will be escorted to her final resting place at Sunset Memorial Park.
