Edna Florence Crane (nee Jordan) age 84 passed away peacefully with her family at her side on April 26, 2024. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years, Howard M. Crane. She is survived by her daughter Susan Gatto (Anthony) and son Howard (Donna). Edna was grandmother to Taren, Matthew, Danny, Kyle, Nolan and Emily. She is also survived by her four siblings, John A. Jordan (Barbara), James Jordan, Kenneth Jordan (Evelyn), Lillian Byers (Larry) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Edna was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia who was born on October 9, 1939 to the late John A. and Edna Jordan. She was the eldest of six children and predeceased by her brother Charles. She married her husband, Howard, in June 1961 then moved to Northeast Philadelphia where they raised their two children. Edna's favorite hobby was sewing and made so many wonderful things over the years from clothes for her family, Halloween costumes and most recently many memory teddy bears. Edna was the family's unofficial historian. She had so many stories and memories she loved to share with everyone. Edna was employed by Special People in the Northeast for over 25 year and worked in their HR Department as a Training Coordinator. She will truly be missed by her entire family.
