Eileen J. Polk, 73, of Croydon. PA passed on Sep. 11, 2020. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on Aug. 25, 1947 to the late Mary Helen Smith and Robert L. Smith. She was the loving wife of Howard S. Polk Jr. for 52 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and doing craftwork. She was a PTA president for many years and worked as a nurse for 35 years.

She is survived by her husband Howard; sons Howard R. Polk (Patricia), Christopher Polk (Amy Shields), and Jeffrey Polk (Joann); grandchildren Dylan and Christian; sisters Dianne Kinney and Cheryl Fuss; and many other loving family and friends.

Services will be privately held.
