Elizabeth H. Brown, age 99, passed peacefully on Friday, August 18th, 2023 in Warminster, Pennsylvania.  Elizabeth is survived by her son Ronald Brown (Angela) of New Hope, Pennsylvania, and Kathleen Tressel (Wayne), of Warminster, Pennsylvania, her dearest sister, Mary Spady (Richard), of Tennessee, nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.  She is predeceased by her loving husband Mahlon of over 50 years, her two brothers, Leo "Buzz" Hetzel, and Robert Hetzel (Sandy).

Betty attended Frankford High School, and later moved to Feasterville.  Betty was an assistant librarian for Lower Southampton Library.  She enjoyed life, sewing, playing cards, spending time with her family and their mountain home.  Later Mahlon and Betty retired to Palm Harbor, Florida.  Betty prided herself on her appearance, she was a thrifty fashionista.  She always had a big smile, and a loving, caring, outgoing way about her.  She will be greatly missed.

Services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel 333 W. County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA, 19006.  Family and friends are invited to gather and pay respects from 10:00 - 11:00 am.  Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park immediately following services.
