Obituary of Elizabeth Cassel

Elizabeth "Betty" Cassel (nee McElhaton) passed away on April 28, 2007 in Princeton, NJ. She was Formerly of Norristown (Coleston), PA. Betty was born in Norristown on December 23, 1911. She was the beloved wife of the late Warren Cassel, Jr.; Loving Mother of Kathleen Widell and Christopher Cassel.; Grandmother of Nathan Widell, Geoffrey Widell and Sarah Cassel. Betty graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in education and a M.A. in political science. She taught in the Norristown School District for over 40 years. Betty also received the Valley Forge Freedom Foundation Medal.
