Elli Christine Perkons (Eiermann) of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at home surrounded by loved ones. She was 87 years old. Elli was born on July 15, 1934 in Erlangen, Germany to the late Johann and Anna Eiermann.

Elli arrived in the United States as a young woman after marrying US Army SFC Eugene John Biszewski, who predeceased her in 1957.  Her life was a remarkable journey and she lovingly raised 3 children: Evelyn, Karen and Harold. She later married George Perkons, and they spent over 40 loving years together until his death in 2021. They enjoyed traveling, attending events with the German Stamp Club, and spending time with family. Elli was a highly devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother, and known for her exceptional love and concern for all her family. She was also an avid gardener and was active and lively until her final days. Her family will continue to honor her special legacy through their own lives.

Elli is survived by her children: Evelyn Boales (Biszewski) and Husband Owen; Karen Timoteo (Biszewski) and Husband Joe; Harold Storbrauck and Wife Ann Marie; Stepchildren Mara Perkons and Sarmite Perkons; 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren; Her Sister Betti Gimberlein (Eiermann) and family; and many dear friends.

Family and friends are welcome to a visitation on Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 1 PM to 2 PM at the Chapel of Peace (in the newer Mausoleum) at Sunset Memorial Park, 333 W. County Line Rd. Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006, with luncheon to follow.

Services will be managed by Kirk and Nice Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
