Emma Katherine Germscheid

Emma Katherine Germscheid, age 88, beloved wife of the late Joseph T. Germscheid of Mullica Hill, NJ, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023 in Mullica Hill. Born on January 17, 1935 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Emma (Sickenberger) Toomey. She is survived by her 4 children: Karen Sheppard (Jack), Wayne Germscheid (Susan), Cheryl McCafferty (Fran) and Michelle Malaby (Jim). 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Emma was married to the love of her life Joseph for 53 years. Her hobby was her family. She attended all the events of her grandchildren from preschool days thru college graduations, soccer games, baseball and basketball games, track meets, piano and dance recitals and horse shows.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Her viewing will be held on Wednesday morning from 10 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org would be appreciated.
