Obituary of Emma Nahm

Emma Hermine Nahm passed away Thursday July 23, 2009 at Crestview Center at the age of 100. Born in Rhode Island June 27, 1908. Raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Emma and Herman Thoma. She and her family moved to Bucks County in 1936.Beloved wife of the late Theodore Nahm and mother of the late John Nahm. She is survived by her daughter Elsie Knight and son Charles J. Nahm, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, a sister Freida Tetlow and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to take this oppportunity to thank all of the caring staff at Crestview Center and the staff of Life Choice Hospice Care for the love and compassion they showed Emma. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 from 10 to 11am, at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Emma's name may be made to Deborah Hospital 212 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015, or the American Cancer Society.
