Obituary of Eric Herr

Mr. Eric W. Herr of Fox Chase passed away peacefully on July 24th, 2011 after complications from a hip fracture. He was 95 years old. He was a Veteran of World War II and was awarded a Purple Heart. He was a devoted member of the Masons for 68 years and was an avid golfer. In addition he was a beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years Jean Sheeler Herr and his daughter Denice Jean Barmby. Beloved father of Carol Boll and her husband Ed of Holland and dear PapPap of his grandchildren Catherine Chuck of Doylestown and Edward Boll of Westfield, NJ. He is also survived by his 5 great-grandchildren; Kerry, Ryan, Emily, Morgan and Zachary as well as many nieces and nephews.
