Obituary of Eugene Barr
Eugene "Gene" J. Barr passed away on March 14, 2008 at the age of 67. He was a Langhorne resident for 29 years. Gene was the beloved husband of Patricia S. (nee Burroughs); and the loving father of Gene J. Barr (and his fiancee, Rebecca), Michael S. Barr (Ellisa), John P. Barr and Jillian P. Barr. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Olivia Dawn Barr and Alexander Joseph Barr.
Gene was a graduate of Father Judge High School, class of 1958, which was the first class to have completed four years. He served in the UA Army in Germany with a USAR Control Group and received an Honorable Discharge. Gene was a Power Systems Operator for PECO for 34 years.
