Frances Tipton, 92, of Philadelphia passed away at home on Dec. 28, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Philadelphia on Mar. 9. 1929 to the late Antonetta and Adino Persia. She was the loving wife of the late Bennie Lee Tipton for 26 years until his passing in 1990.

She is survived by her children Bennie Lee Tipton (Carol) and Annette Ruf (Paul); and many other loving family and friends. She is predeceased by her parents; husband; and sister Dale.

All are invited to a viewing on Mon. Jan. 3, 2022 from 10-11am and a funeral service at 11am, both at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 W. County Line Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Entombment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
