Obituary

Francis James Squiccimara, 78, of Feasterville, PA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Frank was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 20, 1947, to James and Josephine (née Orsini) Squiccimara. He graduated from Dobbins Technical High School in 1966. His work and hobbies were always connected to the automotive field. Whether he was delivering parts, selling parts, or specializing in 4x4s and performance vehicles, it was always about cars. Frank had a special love for classic cars and enjoyed finding vehicles in need of repair and bringing them back to life, often better than their original condition.

Frank could be as stubborn as a mule, but he could also fill a room with laughter. He had a warped sense of humor and often joked about his five children, referring to them as his "fine bunch of Farkles." The one thing that never wavered was his love for his family, especially his children and his sister. He loved with his whole heart.

Frank is survived by his five children: Cheryl (Jeremy) Shaw; Jim (Karen) Squiccimara; Nick (Danielle) Squiccimara; Tim Squiccimara (the late Adelaide Hake, fiancé); and Kris (Jaime) Squiccimara.

He was the proud grandfather of Jenn (Jason) Sherman and Morgan Shaw; Katie and Franky Squiccimara; Nicholas Squiccimara, Ashley Diamond (fiancé Keith Locke), Rebecca and Vincent Russell; and Kristoffer and Logan Squiccimara. He was also the great-grandfather of Maverick Squiccimara and Lincoln Russell.

He is also survived by his sister, Yvonne Ward; his niece, Erin Ward (fiancé Bret Mortensen); and their children, Kiley and Aiden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Josephine Squiccimara; his former wife and the mother of his children, Olga Squiccimara; his brother-in-law, Kenneth Ward; and his beloved dog Bailey.

A celebration of Frank's life will be held at Sprinkler Fitters Local #692, 14004 McNulty Rd, Philadelphia on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 12:00PM until 1:30PM. Family and friends are invited to join the family in remembering Frank, sharing stories, and viewing photos and a video tribute honoring his life. A private luncheon will follow for close family and friends.

Frank will be deeply missed, but the laughter he brought and the stories shared, will keep his memory alive for years to come, especially by his "Farkles."
