Fred T. Schrandt, age 52, beloved husband of 27 years to Dorothy (Petonak) Schrandt of Yardley, PA, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne.
Born in Meadowbrook, PA on February 4, 1969, Fred was the son of Fred and Nancy (Poole) Schrandt of Brigantine, NJ. In addition to his wife and parents, Fred is survived by his children, Freddie and Abby of Yardley.; his sisters Michelle McCloud and her husband Sean, and Nancy Peglow and her husband Billy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Fred was a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School, class of 1987. He went on to attend Kutztown University where he received his BSBA degree in Business. He then went to pursue his master's degree in Communications at Bloomsburg University.
Fred was a realtor for Keller Williams of Langhorne. He also was co-owner of V&F Homes LLC.
Fred was an avid golfer and fisherman where he spent his summers since childhood on the beach in Brigantine, NJ. He was a beloved basketball, baseball, and softball coach for both his son's and daughter's teams. Fred loved spending time with his family and neighbors playing in cornhole tournaments, hosting barbeques and family game nights. Fred had the biggest heart. His kindness and smile touched many around him and will be missed by all.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Fred's funeral service on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA at 1:00 PM with Rev. Timothy Judge officiating. Burial will be private.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
