Georgann E. Cothren, 73, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at St. Joseph's Manor in Meadowbrook, PA. Daughter to the late Henrietta and George Zauflik Sr., she was predeceased by her loving husband, Doyle Cothren in 2016. She is survived by her Daughter and son-in-law, Denise Young (Cothren) and Braden Young; her son, David Cothren; her brother George Zauflik Jr.; and her sister Gayle McGee (Zauflik).

Georgann graduated from Lincoln High School in 1966. Shortly after she married Doyle in 1969. Later on, She and Doyle started a family, adopting their daughter Denise in 1983 and in 1986 their son David was born. She was a devoted Mother whose life was centered around her children and husband. She was a fierce advocate for her family and loved spending time at the beach.

A memorial gathering will be held at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 am. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home at 11:00 am. Entombment will take place at a later date.
