Obituary of George Carter

CARTER, George W. passed away January 18, 2014. He was 78. George had been a longtime active member of the Somerton UMC. The beloved husband of Mary (nee Green) , he is also survived by a son Timothy (Ann), a daughter Lori Wetzel (Michael) and grandchildren Megan and Nicholas. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday January 24 from 9:30am at the Somerton United Methodist Church 13073 Bustleton Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19116, where funeral services will be held at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the above mentioned church.
