Obituary of Helen Whitaker
Helen M. Whitaker, (nee Morelli) passed away on January 12, 2010 at The Simpson House at the age of 87. Helen was a graduate of Frankford High School and the Jewish Hospital School of Nursing (now Albert Einstein Medical Center). During WWII she was a nurse in the USN. Beloved wife of the late Wilson Whitaker; she is survived by her sister Jeanne M. Boone. Services are private. Contributions in her memory may be made to The Simpson House, 2101 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131.
