Helen D. Smith (nee Perreault)
Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday June 30, 2020. Wife of the late Lewis Smith.
She is survived by her daughter Donna Lawley (Chalie), her Granddaughter Jess (Tim) her
Grandson Joe and her Great Grandson Taylor.

Helen was born to Hannah and Oliva Perreault along with her (late) twin sister Dorothy and (late)
older sister Mary. She spent her early years in Philadelphia and attended Little Flower High
School. Helen spent most of her life in Churchville, PA. She was born to be a mother and more
importantly a grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family.
