Obituary of Henrietta Clare

Henrietta A. Clare (nee Capper) age 82, of Trevose, PA passed away on September 13, 2013. She was the loving wife of the late William H. Clare, beloved mother of Paula Rubino (Joseph) and Janice Clare; devoted grandmother of Kristin Ligi (Richard), A. Jesse Connell (Julia Okun), Suzanna Rabier (Jean) and Morgan Clare; and great grandmother of Casey Ligi. Henrietta is also survived by her brother, Harry Capper.

In her younger years, Henrietta enjoyed boating on the Delaware River with her husband, Bill, and finding driftwood along the beaches. She also enjoyed riding her horse along the Neshaminy Creek and collecting wild flowers to plant in her gardens. As a volunteer, she stayed active working with handicapped children in the "Special Equestrians" and "One Step at a Time" therapeutic riding programs. Henrietta will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday evening, September 19, from 7 to 9 PM, at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley (Lower South Hampton), PA 19006. A Memorial Service will be held Friday afternoon, 3:30 PM at the Buck Hotel, 1201 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville, Pa 19053.
