Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear sister, Jacqueline Maria (Jackie) Villanueva, 60, of Warrington, PA. Jackie passed away on January 26, 2026, in Abington, surrounded by the comfort and love of her family.

Born in Philadelphia on May 4, 1965, Jackie was the loving daughter of the late Jack Villanueva and the late Maria Isabel Villanueva (née Hardouin).

Jackie attended and graduated from the Centennial School District. She participated in many activities through BARC Developmental Services, where she made countless friends and shared her light with everyone she met. She especially enjoyed arts and crafts, holiday parties, and community outings that gave her the chance to meet new people and spread kindness wherever she went.

Jackies favorite pastime was being around her family. She loved to swim in her backyard pool — where she proudly declared herself the lifeguard. She loved bowling and participated in CB Special Friends Bowling League. Jackie was Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers' biggest fan and loved to sing their songs loud and proud! One of her favorite hobbies was making bead necklaces, bracelets, and keychains for her family and friends. Jackie also loved watching her favorite game shows — where "the girl always had to win!" — and the Food Network, where she insisted "Bobby Flay had to win." She was full of joy, spirit, and sass, and she loved everything PINK.

Jackie is survived by her siblings Carlos Villanueva, Roberto Villanueva (Anna), Linda Villanueva, Joseph Villanueva (Caroline), and Felicia Zimmerman. She will be lovingly remembered by her nephews and nieces — Robert Villanueva, Nicholas Courtney, Alexandra Stout (Nathan), Gabrielle Courtney, Isabel Zimmerman, Jack Villanueva, Benjamin Villanueva, Nolan Zimmerman, and Samuel Villanueva — and her great-niece Elliott Stout. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends who loved her deeply.

Memorial donations may be made to BARC Developmental Services, PO Box 470, Holicong, PA 18928, or online at BARCPrograms.org.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to BARC for their years of love, care, and friendship, which made Jackie's life so full of joy and purpose.
