Obituary of James Childs, Sr.



James T. Childs, Sr., of Bowmansville, PA on November 27, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late James and Dorothy (nee Burris) Childs, he was born and raised in Philadelphia. An expert pool player, he also loved the outdoors and could often be found hunting, fishing and riding his Harley.

Beloved husband of the late Dolores V. Childs who passed away in 2012. Loving father of Doreen Henry (Mike) and Jimmy T. Childs, Jr. (Kelly). Dear grandfather of Alicia Henry, Nicole Childs and Grace Childs. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, his loving in-laws and his faithful companion, his dog Cody.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 9:30- 11 am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Rd. Feasterville, PA where services will be held at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors.
