James "Jim" G. Leaming, Jr. age 75 of Warminster, passed away Saturday June 11, 2016 at Luther Woods in Hatboro. He was the beloved husband of Ellen (Forst) Leaming with whom he shared 51 years of marriage.
Born in Philadelphia, Jim was the son of the late James Garrett and Dorothy Byrne Leaming. Jim was an honorably discharged veteran having served in the United States Navy and was employed as a mechanical engineer for many years.
In addition to his loving wife Ellen, Jim leaves his children: Christine E. Grebner (Gary) of Beavercreek, OH, James M. Leaming, MD of Elizabethtown, PA, Robert A. Leaming of Centerville, OH, John E. Leaming, USCG (Eleanor) of Annandale, VA and Michael J. Leaming (Marcy) of Millstone Twp.,NJ.
Jim was the Grandfather of Benjamin, John P., Sarah, Kathryn Keane and Mia Colson. Also survived by his brother: Thomas Leaming of FL and his Sister- in- Law: Agnes Leaming of NJ
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jim's Funeral Mass on Friday June 17, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church 625 West Street Rd., Warminster. Interment with Military Honors will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown at a later date.
