Obituary of James Markey

James Paul Markey passed away January 12, 2011 at Abington Memorial Hospital. He was 94. A resident of Bensalem, he was formerly of Trevose and was the owner-operator of Markey Welding Service. The beloved husband of Hedwig (nee Ekart), he is survived by a grandson John Klose, Jr. (Suzanne), sisters; Janet Markey and Regina Cully, also by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his children; James P. Markey, Jr. and Melanie Markey Klose. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday January 17th from 12 noon at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Road, Feasterville where funeral services will be held at 1PM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
