James w. Obst, age 66, of Philadelphia, PA., passed away at home on May 26, 2017. He is survived by his Life Partner, Debbie Evans, his sons, James W. Obst, Jr., Sean Obst and Michael Heffner ; grandchildren Nicholas, Brianna and Dante and his brother Thomas.
