James C. Wilson, age 78 of Bensalem, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2, 2025 and will be missed by his loving family and friends.

Jim was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late James J. and Ann M. (Cardinale) Wilson. He was a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, graduating from Father Judge High School before becoming a heavy equipment mechanic for CSX and Mi-Jack in the Philadelphia waterfront area and Navy Yard.  After retirement, he drove a school bus for 5 years.  He was married to the love of his life, Mary, and lived in Bensalem for more than 45 years.

Jim was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and an amazing cook.  Everyone agrees he had a big heart, infectious laugh, positive spirit, and being with his grandchildren brought him great joy.  He was dependable and could fix almost anything - from dishwashers to cars to 50-ton cranes.  He once burned his eyebrow off when a circuit breaker blew – but that did not deter him from fixing the electrical issue!
Father of the late Ryan Kyle Wilson; James is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Mary E. (Ferguson) Wilson; his beloved children, Lori Pieczynski (Martin), Melissa Reichenbach (Ray), and James G. Rastogi-Wilson (Gunjan); Cherished grandchildren, Taylor Casey (Jordan) and Brooke Fecondo (Andrew), Ray and Gavin Reichenbach, Naina, Rohan, and Krish Rastogi-Wilson; loving sister Dolores (Wilson) Venneri and sister-in-law, Ruth Patterson (Wes). James also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins to share fond memories.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jim's funeral service at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel on Monday, August 11, 2025, at noon.

Visitation/ viewing hours will be from 11 AM to 12 PM.

Jim will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park following services.
