Jane Goldey (née Foster), 89, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026. Jane was born on October 18, 1936, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Jennie and Joseph Foster. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Wilford C. Goldey (November 8, 1919 – March 1981), as well as her parents.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Lori Cultir; her cherished grandson, Damien Turi; her brother, Joseph Foster; her sister, Nancy Richmond (née Foster); and by many extended family members, dear friends, and all those whose lives were enriched by knowing her.
Jane lived a remarkably full and meaningful life. She was widely loved and deeply respected by people from every walk of life, leaving a lasting impression wherever she went. Her warmth, kindness, generosity, and genuine interest in others allowed her to form enduring friendships throughout her life. She had a gift for making people feel welcomed and valued, and she approached each day with compassion, resilience, and quiet strength.
She was hard working all of her life, always busy and always active. She loved the shore and the beach, she adored children and animals, she loved to watch old movies and musicals, and she loved her bible studies. Her faith was her strength throughout her life, strength she shared with everyone she loved and cared for. Whether spending time with family, sharing stories with friends, or simply offering a listening ear to someone in need, Jane's elegant presence brought comfort and joy to those around her. Her legacy is reflected not only in the family she loved so dearly, but also in the countless lives she touched through her kindness, grace, and unwavering spirit.
In accordance with Jane's wishes, she was cremated. Her ashes will be interred beside her beloved husband, Wilford, during a graveside memorial service. Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, 333 County Line Road, Lower Southampton Township, PA 19006, where Jane's life will be celebrated and she will be laid to rest alongside her husband.
Jane will be remembered with great love and gratitude. Though she will be deeply missed, the compassion she shared, the friendships she nurtured, and the love she gave so freely will remain with all who had the privilege of knowing her.
