Obituary of Jay Turner

Jay Lee turner was called to heaven on December 20, 2013. Born on September 13, 1936 in Philadelphia to George A. and Dorothy Turner, he began to pursue his interest in music and graduated from The Philadelphia Conservatory. Jay served in the United States Air Force and was also a dedicated Philadelphia Police Officer for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Helga, son, Christopher and family, also by a stepdaughter Doris Hackl and family. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 10 AM at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 where a Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM. Inurnment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
