HENSHAW, Joanne I (nee Schmidt) of Wildwood Crest, NJ, formally of Philadelphia, PA, passed away suddenly on April 16, 2018, at the age of 69. Loving wife of James; Devoted mother of Jason (Jennifer) and Jonathan (Kerrie); Doting grandmom of Griffin, Anna, Xavier, and Nathaniel. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially at the beach and while traveling, reading and crafting. Joanne was the strength of those that loved her and a constant giver to those who knew her. She provided great guidance and was a lover of all animals, especially her "grand doggie" Roxie. Joanne was a retiree of the Philadelphia Gas Works and enjoyed her dream home at the shore.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 9:30AM till the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM both at St. Christopher's 13301 Proctor Rd Philadelphia, PA 19116. Entombment will follow Mass at Sunset Memorial Park.
