John T. Sanderlin, 80, of Essington, passed away on October 24, 2018. John was one of twelve children born to the late Russell and Ruth Sanderlin. He had a joy of traveling and would often visit casinos. John was also a proud member of the Holmesburgh United Methodist Church. He is survived by his daughter: Nancy Lynch (Paul); siblings: Russell, James, Joey, Kenny, Anna-Mae, Ruth, Richard; granddaughters: Jennifer and Mellanie Lynch.  Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday October 30, 2018 from 10 to 11 AM followed by a funeral service at 11 AM both at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Road Feasterville, PA 19053. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks that donations be made in John's memory to the Holmesburgh United Methodist Church  8118 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia PA 19136
