Jorge F. Santo, age 69, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021, at Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia PA. He was born April 1st, 1952, in Lisbon, Portugal, to Anibal and Emilia Santo. He was a contractor by trade, but also a modern-day Portuguese renaissance man. He loved theater, acting, painting, playing piano, cooking, photography, and videography. Jorge truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; watching his favorite futebol team Benfica, chatting with friends and family and he always had the best way of making holidays and special occasions more memorable. Jorge had the uncanny ability to make people laugh and he was a child at heart. He is survived by the love of his life with 49 years of marriage, his wife, Umbelina; his two beloved children; Daughter, Ana Sofia Carr (Santo); Son, Michael Santo and 4 grandchildren; who truly enjoyed every moment with their Avo (Grandfather); Catalina Carr, Naomi Santo, Olivia Carr, and Logan Santo.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his viewing at Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 West County Line Road, Huntingdon Valley on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Sharing of memories will begin at 11:30 AM.

Social distancing and masks are required while in attendance.

Burial will be privately held.
