RICH, Joseph E. Jr. on April 9, 2017. He was 85. A veteran of the USN, he also served his community as a police officer for 25 years, having attained the rank of Lieutenant. He served as a Sargeant on the Temple University Campus Police force. He is survived by his children Deborah O'Neil (Robert), JoAnn Lanigan (Dexter), Michele Lowry and Eugene Rich (Kim), a stepson Bill Brophy (Chrissy) and stepdaughter Colleen Kochanowicz (Keith) also by siblings Christine and David, 14 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Joey Rich III. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, April 14 from 9:30am at the Kirk & Nice Suburban Chapel 333 County Line Rd Feasterville (215-354-0085) where funeral services will be held at 10:30am.
