Joseph Michael Sell passed on to heaven on Sunday February 2, 2020 at the age of 92 from complications due to pneumonia. He was born in Philadelphia on July 30, 1927 and lived there his entire life.

He played baseball in high school, loved jazz music, photography and to travel. He was an avid collector of coins and unique swords, guns and canes. His career spanned jobs as a milkman, bartender and a calibrator at Fischer & Porter where he retired.

His wife of 43 years Janed Sell, followed him to heaven 5 days later on Friday, February 7, 2020.  It was clear to everyone who knew them that they were soulmates. They were married on July 30, 1976 on his birthday (so he would never forget their anniversary).  Everyone who knew them could see it was a pure love, as they were inseparable. They went everywhere together from craft shows to walking with llamas.

He was also survived by his children Michael and Karen (Daniel), stepchildren Karen, William (Chris) and Mary Janed (Christopher), grandchildren Brandon, Charles, Shea, Dean, Selena, Connor and Ajay and great grandchildren Maxim, Jude and Mikenna.

Services for both Joseph and Janed Sell are scheduled for Thursday, February 13 ^th at 6:00 pm at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, 333 W County Line Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of "Joseph and Janed Sell".  Donations can be made via their website ( www.stjude.org ) or by calling 800-873-6983.
