Joyce Ann Amoia, age 70, of Philadelphia, passed away on October 30, 2022. She is survived by her daughter, Genene Amoia-Pigliacelli, son-in-law Fred and grandchildren Julianna, Giada and Justin. She was the daughter of the late Hugh E. Amoia and step daughter of Carmen Amoia. She is also survived by her sisters Jean Amoia, Dionne Greim (Bruce), Laraine Amoia-Watters (Dan) and brother Steven Amoia (Andrea), in addition to many nieces and nephews.

Joyce served the City of Philadelphia, as a court clerk, for over 25 years and cherished many of the friendships she had with her coworkers. She was an avid reader, especially of Agatha Christie novels. She also enjoyed music, her favorites included Bob Dylan, the Doors and James Taylor. She had a great sense of humor and will be missed by all that knew her.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering on Sunday November 13, 2022, 10:00am, at Kirk and Nice Suburban Chapel, 333 W County Line Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Graveside service will commence at 10:30am.
