Julia Rose (Haasz) Stankewiz, 77, of Southampton, PA, peacefully passed away on April 25,
2020. She was born in Philadelphia on December 31, 1942 to the late William W. and Ellen
(Quenzer) Haasz. Julia was predeceased in death by her husband, Jerry, and her son, Jerry
Steven; also her brothers Bill Haasz, Hank Haasz, Richard Haasz and sister Mary Haasz.

Julia loved living in Southampton, where she resided for over 45 years. She loved the annual
Southampton Day Parade. An avid gardener, she enjoyed being outside and working in the yard
any chance she got. However, her greatest joy was her family and spending time with or simply
talking to her grandchildren.

Julia retired after 25 years of service at Prudential Insurance Company and quickly transitioned
into volunteering. You could see her most election days working at the voting polls at the
Southampton Recreation Center. She enjoyed Bible-study groups and attending church at St.
Mark's.

Julia is survived by and will be sadly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Barry
Siburkis, of North Wales, PA; her three grandchildren, Morgan Hankinson (Ben), Gabrielle
McManus and Shane Siburkis (Lauren); her four great-grandchildren, Vinn, Ian, Avery and Levi;
her sister Ellen Rivera (Santos); her brothers Frank Haasz, John Haasz and Paul Haasz (Beryl),
plus many nieces and nephews.

Due to current health restrictions Julia's graveside service will be held privately. A celebration
of her life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the
