Lorraine was born on January 1st, 1931 in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia to the late Matthew and Anna (Kubler) Rogers. Rainey, as she was called by family and friends, raised her 3 children in Feltonville, and enjoyed spending time with her many friends and family. She worked her entire career at Travelers Insurance as a secretary, and retired at the age of 64. She was an passionate Phillies fan and rarely missed watching a game, usually with one of her beloved dogs on her lap.

Lorraine was survived by her daughter Marianne Vecchione (Joe) of Warminster, Norman Coone (Jo Ann) of Riverton, and her daughter Sharon Stacy (Raymond) of Southampton, who took loving care of her through her final years. She was also cared for by BJ Copestake, who has known and loved Rainey her whole life. Grandchildren Joseph Vecchione Jr. (Malissa), Dominic Vecchione (Jaime), Carissa Bula (Todd), Anthony Vecchione (Brenda), Raymond Stacy Jr., Gina Fox (Daniel), Michael Coone, and Leslie Cockerhan (Mike). Lorraine was known as GG to her 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Norman Rogers and her sister, Eleanor Cherubin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation from 9am to 11am on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, 333 West County Line Road, Huntington Valley, PA 19006.
