Obituary

Louise Silva Webster, age 96, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2024 surrounded by her loving family who will miss her dearly.

Louise is survived by her son Kevin, stepson Chuck, and stepdaughter Karen as well as numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her parents, Leandro Dwarte, and Letticia (Potter) Silva, her husband of 17 years, William (Bill) Charles Augustus Webster Sr., and her daughter Donna Lima-Monteiro.

Louise was born in Philadelphia on March, 8, 1928 in South Philadelphia, she graduated from High School, went on to earn a degree from the American Business Institute as well as her Bachelor's Degree and multiple professional certifications. She worked and excelled as a realtor for the majority of her career at Fox & Lazo winning multiple awards for exemplary dedication to her clients, outstanding service and a high level of sales. Louise also had a John Robert's Powers Certification and dabbled in modeling over the years.

She led a fulfilling life and enjoyed traveling with several trips to Hawaii which was favorite place to visit. She also enjoyed the outdoors, swimming, music and the arts. However, her greatest joy and passion in life was spending time with her family and friends. She was happiest and cherished  those she loved the most. She was a caring and selfless person who always gave to others. She had the biggest heart and loved to be a caregiver to her family, it was rare to see Louise without a baby on her hip or a child in her arms. She was the kindest, purest soul who loved fiercely and always carried herself with grace and dignity. She was a tremendous role model and pioneer for her family. Louise was a devoted Christian and loved God and a longstanding member of The Episcopal Church of the Advent. She was a philanthropic person who advocated and made significant donations to many charities such as religious, children's, homeless and Native American organizations. Her family will forever honor her memory and cherish the love and legacy she has left behind.

Friends and family are invited to gather on Wednesday, November 6th from 10:00 until 11:00 at the Church of the Advent, 12 Byberry Road, Hatboro, PA 19040. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 followed by fellowship in the church hall.  Services will be streamed live at Louise' Live Stream
